Study of Legislation in Computer Crime Article 285 of The Chinese Criminal Law

In the information age,computer crime has become increasingly rampant.Provisions of our current criminal law on computer crime can no longer meet the needs of fight against computer crime.Although Article 285 is mainly about combating computer-related crime,and the Criminal Law Amendment Ⅶ which is on the original basis of computer crime is supplement and perfect,there are still loopholes and deficiencies.Therefore,we have to perfect the computer crime legislation in article 285 of the Criminal Law.
