Application of Six Sigma Theory in Libraries

Quality Evaluation of the library let people know the satisfaction of the user towards the library services,but the library is lack of an improving method.Six Sigma represents a high quality level,which can efficiently improve the working process and enhance the service quality.The author has analyzed the reason of implementing Six Sigma Theory in library,the processes of carrying it out and the attentions of using it in the library.Six Sigma Theorydeserves the library to go on investigating.
