The Design and Implement of Gene Expression Data Analysis Software Based on Struts Structure

At present, there are some disadvantages in most gene expression data analysis, software, such as lack of data management, inconvenient operation, and so on. Struts structure and MVC model are forward in this paper. The software manages the gene expression data effectively, analyzes data with methods provided by R and Bioconductor, presents users the scientific and visible analysis results exactly and easily.
