Research on out-band network manipulation of IP bearer network

Base on current status of IP bearer network,this essay analyzes drawbacks and underlying security problems in in-band network manipulation,proposes an out-band IP bearer network manipulation schema,which provides an effective trick in troubleshooting and promoting emergency response ability of IP bearer.Such proposal not only enhances network security,but also makes maintainers more effective.
