Porting of the parallel application software system based on MPI environment

The porting of the parallel application software system is a quicker and more economical technical method to use high-performance computer and to effect it earlier. It is a complicated and difficult job at the same time. In this paper, a method to package the MPI subroutines is given for solving the porting of the parallel application software system in the parallel environment based on MPI. By practicing, this method is simple and effective. It can be extended to the porting job of the parallel application software system based on the PVM environment.
