Optimal design of CMOS analog cell circuit based on equation and genetic algorithm

This paper focuses on optimizing CMOS cell circuit based on equation and genetic algorithm. The proposed method uses the analytical equations that describe the circuit’s behavior and genetic algorithm to realize the optimization of circuit’s performance. The experiment proves that it can achieve satisfied result; meanwhile the work time of this method is relatively short.
