Micro network culture has gradually formed and developed when entering the personal internet era. Micro network culture is a new social and cultural phenomenon. The core parts of this value and behavior pattern are individuality and equality. Micro network culture has its own basic meaning and profound social influence in their development. The healthy development of the micro network culture also needs the right guidance of our government,and this system engineering includes impelling the progress of Hi-Tech technique,fully utilizing micro network culture's positive energy and impelling the healthy development of micro network culture. In a word,the correct exploration and comprehension of micro network culture has become the time topic of humanists,sociologists and relevant government authorities.
