Quality of Experience Assessment Model and KQI Weight Calculation Method

According to the technical factors and non-technical factors which influence the Quality of Experience(QoE),this paper proposes a QoE assessment model,and presents the users’ subjective feelings and network factors through the model.It proposes a new Key Quality Indicator(KQI) indexes’ weight calculation method on the basis of the model.In this algorithm,it uses Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP) to calculate the initial KQIs’ weight,changes the KQIs’ weight via the non-technical factors,and makes the static QoE evaluation process be dynamic and real-time.Simulation results demonstrate this method can guarantee that the technical factors and non-technical factors which influence the degree of QoE are side by side with 50%,and can reflect the users most intuitive and true feelings.
