Evaluation Research on Teaching and Scientific Research Status of Teaching and Research University Teachers

The teaching and scientific research states of university teachers directly affect students and universities. Teachers in teaching and the research university with dual tasks teaching and scientific research,need to coordinate the relationship between teaching and scientific research. According to the characteristics of the teaching and the research university,evaluation indexes of teaching and research status for university teachers are established. The two grade comprehensive evaluation model is established by using analytic hierarchy process. It can provide the basis for evaluating university teachers' teaching and research status of quality.
