The Properties of Optimal Value Function for a Trust Region Problem

The paper studied the properties of the optimal value function connected with a trust region problem in nonlinear.As an application of the generalized inverse of matrix,the boundary function of equality constrained eptimization is built firstly and some characteristics in different cases are analyzed.
