There is no doubt that the virtual currency reflects the economic value in the transaction,and the result caused the legal rights change,with some content of property. But,In terms of virtual data itself,can regard it as property or not that will be the question. Accordingly,it is necessary to point at the economic value of virtual currency,then in the perspective of subject's behavior,and by virtue of the theory of object of rights to analysis the essence of virtual currency. The economic value of virtual currency endowed with its property character,but the so-called property attribute of virtual currency is according to the economic benefits of relative rights,the virtual currency is not the property in law,and the essence of use virtual currency is to get the operating authorization and expansion,cannot become a legal property rights.
