A Brief analysis of the reasons for the Chinese citizers′lack of ideology of ruling by law

China must be confronted with the reality of its citizens′ lack ideology of ruling by law in the procless of carrying out the relevant policies and strategies in running the country by law.There are some reasons which affect the enforcement of the law,specifically,they are related to judicial conceptions,low qualities of the judicial executors,the weak results in the popularization of law,the lack in the scientilic program of legislation as well as its comparative stagnotion.In addition the impact of the spawn of feudalism;the universal existence of ruling by elites,the imperfection of the system of market economy,the backwardness in production,and the underdevelopment of commodity economy are the objectivelyexisting and restricfivefactors.
