The idempotent elements in the sandwich semigroup of generalized circulant Boolean matrices

We can define an operation* in Gn. Then (Gn, *) is a semigroup. The purpose of this paper is to characterize the idempotent elements in Gn(C). And an algorithm to find all the idempotent elements in Gn(C) is given.
