Research on the winning probability of lottery

The winning probability of Double Chromospheres lottery is researched in detail.Expectation of winning number is calculated with the data collected in 2010.The conclusion of randomness of winning number is obtained with Chebyshev inequality.It is hoped that,with the guidance of the research,the people will be rational to join the game and buy lottery in normal attitude.
