An Algorithm for Wideband Spectral Correlation DOA Estimation Based on Propagator Method

The problem of direction-of-arrival(DOA) estimation for wideband source signals utilizing the cyclostationarity property is addressed.A new algorithm which filters the noise and interferences by using the cyclostationarity property is presented.A multiscale array geometry is used which can produce high quality but unambiguous DOA solutions by fusing two sets of DOA estimates.The new algorithm does not require two-dimensional search and has low computational complexity.The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the new algorithm.
