Transmission protocol based on ARQ of application layer

This paper proposes a new transmission mechanism based on ARQ of the application layer:BAATM.Based on BAATM,this paper proposes a new data encapsulation,DDoIP(Data Directly over IP).The overhead of DDoIP is 20 bytes less than that of TCP,and 8 bytes than that of UDP.Transmitting the same quantity of data,compared with TCP and TFTP,BAATM improved the performance about 30% and 50%.BAATM has been proved to be true.
