A New Iris Identification Algortithm

Aim It aims at increasing the speed and reliability of iris recognition. Methods Based on the feature of iris recognition, this paper proposes an algorithm of automated iris identification, as well as a method for rectification of geometric distortion of the iris image. Results The matching result is measured on the corelation coefficient, which verifies the validity of the algorithm. Conclusion The results on ample samples show that this algorithm is proper and reliable.
