Constructing and Strategy Analyzing of Rule System for the Semantic Web Based on SWRL and Jess

Taking the family ontology as an example,SWRL rule editor was used within the Protege,to build ontology and construct rules for the semantic web.The integration of Jess rule engine with OWL and SWRL editor was implemented based on SWRLJessTab and JessTab,thus providing a rich rule-based reasoning facility for the semantic web.The sharing of OWL knowledge base and rules interoperability was realized.Some issues and strategies related to rules construction were also deeply discussed.
