Flood-control ensemble operating system was made of some distributed independent application systems,such as water regime forecasting system,flood forecasting system,reservoir operation system,water regime information system,and so on.It integrated with computer network technology,geographic information system,data base management system,and modern communication technology.It simultaneously interfused water regime professional information,space information,and social economic information.The article formulated the general design and functional design of flood-control ensemble operating system for Guizhou Province,and introduced the key technology.
