Talking about Feasibility of Copyright Protection under Digitization Environment

This paper analyzes tortuous characteristics under the digitizatio n environment from aspects of indistinction of tort definition, easiness and conce alment of tort, points out that in order to change the present situation that th e feasibility of copyright protection is very low under the digitization environ ment, besides perfecting copyright law continuously, principles of one-off reco mpense, centrality and technology should be followed for improving feasibility o f copyright protection.
