On Legal Status and Protection of Network Virtual Property

With the widespread network in China,people's life style has greatly changed in modern information society.To adapt to this change,the form of property has also changed.It is not only existed in traditional material property.It's an external fact that there appears a new type of property-network virtual property.In the network environment,network virtual property have been widely accepted.While in our actual world,the deal of it exists in many game players.In such kind of deals,it's not avoidable that there will appear a lot of dissensions.While at present,there isn't any such legislation about network virtual property.It isn't good to protect the game player's benefit.This thesis puts forward the author's own opinion according to actual law system on virtual property.
