Take the customer as the god is the focus on the enterprise strategic planning, with the rapid development of information technology, according to the customer's characteristics, behavior and preferences to acquire new customers, promote the development of enterprises, the informatization construction of enterprise customer information system has become a priority among priorities.This paper describes the designing of a multilayer architecture supported by J2 EE, and has the system availability, scalability,extensibility, safety and good. The system can realize the data management, the enterprise customer information data statistics, data maintenance and other functions, enhanced the enterprise office efficiency,improve customer service system.
