Calculation on the Statistics Parameter of Supremum in a Model of Step Process

The model of random process will describe resistance better,but the addition of parameter will lead to complex situation,the model of step process can solve the problem.In order to make the reliability analysis for the model,it is supposed the jumping time interval to be a random variable,the distribution function Fη(t,x) and density function fη(t,x) of the supremum is abtained by the integral eqution,then approximate calculation of the mean and the standard deviation of η is given.
