The whole living structure of the humankind is immersed in the great revolution,not only politicly,economicly,culturally,but also of the means of working,studying and amusing along with the moving forward of the internet age.The teenager are becoming the main body of the netizen since internet came to our country,especially in recent years.When the number of netizen is expanding in an explosive way,which is still growing day by day.Just like a coin has two sides,network,as a kind of technique helps teenager to enlarge their vision and to gain more knowledge,and meanwhile bring deep negative effect to the development of teenager,or even disastrous.As a result of which the ethical analysis on teenager during the network age becomes necessary when facing the problem of internet crime,hacker and internet addition.
