A New Construction of Cartesian Authentication Codes on Vector Space

In this paper,a new construction of Cartesian authentication codes on vector space is presented.The parameters are computed.Assuming that the encoding rules are chosen according to a uniform probability distribution,the probabilities of successful attacks are also computed.
