An implementation scheme of software and hardware for CDPD (cellular digital packet data) modem is presented in this paper.SNDCP,MDLP,MAC protocol and physical layer protocol are implemented in CDPD modem which consists of a high speed DSP chip,an ISP device,a GMSK modem chip,a 900 MHz RF module,etc.Finally,the test result and its analysis are presented.
