Evaluation of the Information Transmission Ability of the Government Emergency Organization Based on Entropy

This paper evaluates from time effect,quality,and order degree based on Entropy theory,the information transmission ability of the three models. The result shows that there is no significant difference in the ability of information transmission between STM and CATM,and STM has good information transmission ability and the lowest cost of links.
