Promotion and application of I stage PMS in Chongming Power Grid

Due to the unideal management mechanism and its special geographical location,the Chongming Power Grid is relatively lagged behind in development and management mode.In order to improve its power supply reliability and service quality,the Product Management System(PMS) was constructed for the Grid.Promotion and application of PMS in Chongming Power Grid were presented,as well as experience in related project construction.
