Study for dealing with intermittent defects of software

As the randomicity of emergence of software faults,defects of software products are inevitable.It is important on improving the quality of software product to deal with the software defects properly.To find as many defects as possible exist in software and to im-prove quality of software,the intermittent defects are discussed,which is not appeared in each running of software,that are relatively hard to find in software,some familiar intermittent defects are introduced,the causes of them is analyzed,the heuristic rules of dealing with intermittent defects are offered,and some suggestions are made on how to write defect report about the defect.
