The Application of Alkyl Polyglycoside in the Glyphosate Was Studied

The alkyl polyglycoside(APG) was synthesized by trans-glycosidation of potato starch,n-butanol,n-dodecanol in the presence of a compound catalyst of p-toluenesulfonic acid and citric acid.The prepared alkyl polyglucoside surfactant according to a certain proportion was added into glyphosate,which could enhance the performance of herbicide.Experiments demonstrated that APG,which could degrade easily,non-polluting agricultural crops and land,was suitable for pesticide emulsifier,and it also could adjust soil temperature,so it was a good synergist for herbicides,insecticides and fungicides.
