Use DENSIMAT to detect Brucellosis-A scientific approach into specific serological SAT method

Objective:To resolve the deviation caused by visual inspection of the turbidity in the SAT method to diagnose Brucellosis.Methods:Use DENSIMAT to diagnose Brucellosis and compare with the results generated by visual inspection in the SAT method.Results:There have 62 tested serum samples to show results that are in substantial agreement between the SAT method and DENSIMAT method.
