The Application of Protocol Gateway in the Satellite TCP/IP

Current internet using TCP/IP can not meet the demand of the rapid development of internet,while satellite communications have the advantages of neatly distributing bandwidth,so satellite access technology is beneficial.But satellite channels have the characteristics of long latency,high error ratio,asymmetry up-link and down-link,so there are still many problems to be settled.Gateway protocol accelerator is the best project to settle the problem of satellite access internet at present.
