OFDM Channel Estimation Method Based on Wavelet and SVD Low Rank Approximation

A new method of OFDM channel estimation combining wavelet-based denoising and SVD-based MMSE low rank approximation is proposed.Firstly,noise reduction is operated on the outcome of LS estimation,and then the processed outcome is used in the SVD-based MMSE low rank approximation,finally,all sub-channels estimation is gained by interpolation.The approximation ranks in the method is changeable and simulation result shows the superior performance.
