Location and Processing the Handwriting Information Region of Scanned Express Form Images

As the speedy development of logistics industry,customers require timely delivering information to check and track their packets.Automatic express form interpretation technology a hopeful way to attack the problem.This paper proposed a set of methods to locate bar-code area and customer information area.The experimental results on actual express form image gallery show that the proposed method is fast,accurate,robust and has great application value.
