Query and Diagnostic System of Fish Diseases

It is introduced a diagnostic system of fish diseases based on network techniques which could diagnose various fish diseases exactly.The structure of system,the function of modules and the flow chart of software are issued in this paper,and the methods of Chinese word segmentation based on rules and reasoning algorithm are also explained.The test results show that the diagnosis accuracy rate was up to 91%.
