On The Planning of Journal Editing

Journal of university should introduce mechanism of planning in an all-round way, having an overall understanding of the connotation and value of planning, strengthening the awareness of planning of the whole staff, and expanding the use of planning in the work of journal editing of universities in accordance with the practical situation of the journal, which is a very important move to narrow the gap as well as to create famous journals and famous columns.
