XML(Extensible Markup Language) has the features of selfdiscribing and semiconstructured,and the advantanges of separation of data and format.It is easy to describe the product structure and integrating of information system using XML,According to the characteristic of orderform Management system,the modelling structure and realizing technology of the orderform management system based on XML were presented.
