Recently, the analysis and process of such complex information as graph and image, audio and video have been attached importance to by experts and scholars in various fields of studies. This paper introduces the construction of cause and effect association model in complex information process gives the construction of main cause analysis and its implementing course, and brings forward detailed algorithm and example verification.
