A study of GIS and OA system integration technology

This paper introduces the context of integrating GIS and OA system,analyzes four loose coupling integrated models about GIS and OA system,points out the existent advantages and disadvan- tages of these models.According to the need of seamless integrating GIS and OA system,the paper puts forward a method of data manag- ing in integrating GIS and OA system.On condition of assuring of the security and unification of data-managing,the paper makes a study of several seamless technology of integrating GIS and OA based on component,middleware,web service,and ontology.In the end, the author takes some practical examples for showing the integrated OAGIS system.
