Nursing Countermeasures of Prevention of Preoperative Aneurysms Rebleeding

Objective To explore the risk factors of brain aneurysm rupture bleeding and corresponding nursing measures. Methods Choosing 100 cerebral aneurysm patients as the research objects,according to whether there was hemorrhage after artery rupture,dividing them into bleeding group and not bleeding group,analyzing risk factors of bleeding again and taking the corresponding nursing measures for patients. Results The causes of cerebral aneurysm rupture and bleeding risk factors included: high blood pressure,forcibly defecate,heavy manual labor,premature move or engaged in activities,emotional ups and downs and cough. After nursing of further hemorrhage,38 cases got better. Because of the heavy disease,12 patients died. Conclusion Risk factors of cerebral aneurysm rupture hemorrhage are analyzed,with predictability characteristics. According to its positive and effective nursing measures,the treatment effect can be improved.So it is worth clinical promotion.
