The customer service has great proportion in the management of chain stores.Customer Relationship Management system has good prospects in the market.Currently many CRM systems are based on C/S model,which do not conform to the requirement of e-commerce development.So the CRM software based on B/S model with popular ASP has high practical value.The paper briefly introduces the design of CRM system which chain stores is regarded as object.
