Jilin Flood-control Decision-Support System(DSS) is an application software designed for flood-control decision and command,which uses modern technology in decision making.The Jilin flood control DSS is developed on the basis of SuperMap,data is exchanged by Oracle network database.Various methods are used in information processing and results expression.The system is completed and being run in flood-control practice.
