The Comparison and Analysis of Radiographic Image Enhancement Methods Based on Wavelet Transform

Real-time digital radiography is an important developmental tendency for radiographic inspection and diagnosis technique,and enhancement of image is the key to improve resolution and sensitivity of radiographic inspection.Three methods of image enhancement based on wavelet transform and their respective principles are presented and analyzed comprehensively.Using these three methods to enhance a radiographic NDP image respectively,we can see the differences of them by comparing the results.
