There are more and more needs for fast, convenient and efficient financial services, and they can not be met properly by traditional customer services. So we bring forward a new technology to design and build open customer service platforms (CSP). Our discussion is based on the implementation of a customer service system for a commercial bank, we think it has some good value in related fields.
