Development on health bra by shape memory alloy fabrics

The shape memory wires are woven to cotton fabrics in a certain proportion utilizing the shape memory effect,and the liners of bra are made by the lone shape memory fabrics or the fabrics with the filling materials having health function.So the bras have ability of shape memory and helpful function for health.The appearance of shape memory alloy bra for different structures is analyzed.The permeability and flexibility of shape memory bra with the different fills and proportion of alloy wire in cup are researched.The results show that,compared with the liners filling cotton,the shape memory alloy fabrics have better shape retention;and compared with the liners by sponge,the permeability of shape memory bra is better and the elastic recovery rate is close to that filled by wool + hollow cotton or hollow cotton+kapok.As increasing the proportion of alloy wire,the shape retention of bra increases and the permeability decreases.
