An ARQ protocol with cooperative turbo coding based on node selection

This paper gives an ARQ protocol with cooperative turbo coding based on node selection.It is proved that the proposed scheme can obtain higher diversity gain than the traditional ARQ protocol with turbo coding(T-ARQ),and lower FER(Frame Error Rate) is obtained compared with cooperative ARQ protocol without node selection.Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can provide higher performance than T-ARQ.The effects on performance gains brought by changing the number of nodes in node selection are also simulated and analyzed.
