Discussion on strategies of ERP project implementation

The paper analyzes external reasons of low success ratio of implementing ERP project from social environment,software suppliers and consult service company to project implementation,discusses internal(reasons) from goal,leadership,human talent,information,money,communication and coordination.Then it advises some strategies,such as carefully choosing partners,acquiring enough power,training and introducing human talents,etc.
