Application of hybrid encryption system in digital signature

In order to improve the safety of the current digital signature systems,and provide a new sight for the development of cryptosystem,here a new thought of hybrid encryption,and the thoughts of how to fuse the algorithms which has different structures are presented.So we combine the ECC algorithm with the RSA algorithm,and make the structure optimiz.Then it avoids the limit of different structures,and uses the sameness of their keys' data organizations to be combined.In theory,the optimization balance point between security and the cost can be found.
