Orthogonal Vector-valued Wavelet Packets

In this paper,we introduce vector-valued multiresolut io n analysis and vector-valued wavelets associated with two-scale vector-valued scaling functions.First,the notion for orthogonal vector-valued wavelet packet s is defined and an algorithm for constructing them is proposed.Next,the orthogo nality property for vector-valued wavelet packets has been studied.Finally,the orthogonal decomposition for L2(R,CN) usin g the orthogonal wavelet packet bases is given.
