Discuss on the Responsibilities of College Journal Editors

Editor is the subject in the whole publishing activities,who plays a significant role. The arrangement of editorial responsibilities and tasks directly affects the normal operation of editorial department and the quality of college journal. The main duties of editor for college journal are content planning,topic selection,manuscript organization,peer review,word processing and proofreading,etc. Clarifying the responsibilities of the editor can help the supervisor to draw up a scientific processes and methods in practical work,and help editors to train all aspects of their ability in order to accomplish the above-mentioned duties and be a professional Gatekeeperin practice.
